When you submit the request form or the shipping calculator, we collect your name, phone or messenger contact, e-mail, the task or cargo details you describe, and your consent checkbox.

The form also records the page you submitted from, the language you were browsing in, and, if you arrived through an advertisement, the advertising identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) — so we know which channel to credit, never anything typed into the address bar.

We use this data only to answer your request: to price a shipment, discuss a task, or get back to you about a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before sending the form, and, once we start working together, performance of that agreement.

Analytics cookies, when enabled, are used in aggregate to understand which pages and channels bring visitors who go on to request a quote — not to identify you personally.

Your request is handled by our own team in Guangzhou — we do not have a call centre or outside agents reading it. If your request reaches us through the online consultant or a messenger, the same team reads that conversation.

Where analytics is enabled, aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be visible to us in tools such as Google Analytics. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

We keep a request for as long as it takes to answer it and, if it turns into an order, for the length of that business relationship plus the period our own accounting rules require. Test submissions made while checking that the form works are deleted, not kept as if they were real leads.

Write to info@gtlogistics.global at any time to withdraw consent, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

This site sets a cookie to remember your cookie-notice choice and, for 90 days, the advertising identifiers mentioned above. Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies until they explicitly agree to analytics; everyone else sees a notice with the option to opt out.
