What to use for what
All of them reach the same people. These are just the ones that get you an answer fastest for each kind of question.
You want a shipping price
Use the shipping calculator. It asks for exactly what we need to quote, which saves a round of questions and usually a day.
You want to discuss a task
The request form or a messenger. Tell us what you are buying or moving; we will come back with questions rather than a price list.
You are already a client
Write to the person handling your shipment directly. Anything urgent about cargo in transit should not go through a general inbox.
Something has gone wrong
Phone or WhatsApp, and say so in the first line. Held cargo and failed inspections are time-sensitive and we treat them that way.
Time zones
When we are at our desks
Guangzhou is UTC+8. That is four hours ahead of the Gulf, two to three ahead of Central Asia, six to seven ahead of most of Europe and eleven to thirteen ahead of Latin America.
In practice: if you write in the morning from Europe or the Gulf, you catch the end of our working day. If you write in the evening, the answer will be waiting when you get up. Anything genuinely urgent about cargo already in transit does not wait for office hours.
